Executive Summary
Client Overview
Demon Graphics supplies vehicle graphics, vinyl lettering, stickers and decals through its ecommerce website. Its extensive range includes designs for cars, vans and motorbikes, alongside custom options for customers looking to personalise their vehicles or promote their businesses. Serving both individual motorists and commercial customers, the business offers products for everything from small decorative details to larger vehicle graphics and branded lettering.
Main Challenge
The main challenge was organising the extensive range of product collections developed through our SEO strategy on the previous website. We needed to create a clear layout that made these collections easy to navigate, helping customers find relevant products while preserving the structure needed to support organic search visibility.
Services Provided
We provided web design and user experience services, creating a refreshed ecommerce website with clearer navigation and a more intuitive layout. Our work focused on organising the extensive product collections, making browsing easier and helping customers move smoothly from finding a product to making a purchase.
Key Results
The website was rebuilt from an outdated OpenCart platform, replacing a poorly organised URL structure with clearer, more logical URLs. The refreshed design and improved navigation brought the extensive product collections together, making it easier for customers to browse the range and find relevant products.
About the Client
Demon Graphics is an ecommerce business supplying vehicle graphics, stickers, decals and custom vinyl lettering. Its range caters to car, van and motorbike owners, alongside businesses looking to add branding to their vehicles.
We were already delivering SEO for Demon Graphics, developing product collections to help the business reach customers through organic search. During this partnership, they recognised that a new website would benefit the business by modernising its online presence and improving the shopping experience.
The existing website was built on an outdated OpenCart platform, with a complicated URL structure and a layout that struggled to accommodate its extensive collections. Demon Graphics chose Fly High Media to redesign the website, building on our understanding of its products, customers and SEO strategy.
Objectives.
The objective was to create a website tailored to how Demon Graphics’ customers browse and shop. It needed to clearly showcase the product range, make collections for specific car brands easy to find and guide customers towards relevant products. The design also needed to work alongside the existing SEO strategy, supporting the collection structure already developed to attract organic search traffic.
Challenges.
The main challenge was migrating the extensive product catalogue from the outdated OpenCart website to WooCommerce. The age of the existing setup made transferring the products more complicated, and initially we anticipated having to move each one manually.
The previous website also had a poorly structured URL system. Around half of its URLs could not be indexed because of what they contained, creating a significant barrier to organic visibility. The migration therefore needed to address both the product transfer and the URL structure, giving the new website a clearer foundation for the ongoing SEO strategy.
Strategy.
We planned the rebuild around three priorities: overcoming the design limitations of OpenCart, making Demon Graphics’ extensive product catalogue easier to browse and incorporating the existing SEO strategy into the new WooCommerce website.
Website Onboarding and Scoping
During our onboarding and scoping meeting, we established how Demon Graphics wanted customers to browse the catalogue and what the new website needed to support. A key limitation was the existing OpenCart platform, which offered little flexibility for changing page designs. We used these requirements to plan the WordPress and WooCommerce rebuild, including dedicated layouts for collections and individual products. This gave us scope to present the extensive range more clearly, rather than carrying the previous website’s design into a new platform.
Design Development
We produced first and second design drafts, with separate designs for collection and product pages. Each page type needed to support a different stage of shopping: collection pages helped customers browse relevant graphics, including products for specific car brands, while product pages presented information about individual items. We developed the navigation and content layouts around these journeys, giving customers a clearer route from browsing a collection to exploring a product. The refreshed visual style brought these layouts together under the Demon Graphics brand.
SEO Implementation
The rebuild incorporated the SEO strategy already in place for Demon Graphics. We implemented clear, user-friendly URLs and added category descriptions explaining the products within each collection. These descriptions gave customers useful context while providing search engines with more information about the category. We also incorporated accessible product information and straightforward browsing into the page layouts, so the SEO content formed part of the shopping experience. This connected the website’s design and development with the ongoing organic search work.
Final Website Result.
The final website brings together a cleaner design, improved user experience and purpose-built landing pages to create a stronger digital presence for CSS. The finished site is easy to navigate across desktop and mobile, clearly communicates the company’s services and provides users with straightforward routes to take the next step.
What Changed.
The rebuild introduced a new ecommerce platform, clearer browsing routes and refreshed product layouts, with the existing SEO strategy incorporated into the website.
Modern Ecommerce Platform
Migrated Demon Graphics from its legacy OpenCart setup to WordPress and WooCommerce, giving the business greater flexibility to manage page designs and develop the website further.

Conclusion.
The new WooCommerce website gave Demon Graphics a refreshed online presence, clearer navigation and product pages designed around its customers’ needs. By replacing the outdated OpenCart platform and improving the URL and collection structure, we created a more intuitive shopping experience that works alongside the existing SEO strategy and supports future growth.
